Glen Run Valley View Farm is a small, family-owned and operated farm. We feature STRAWBERRIES (May-June) and PUMPKINS (Sept-Oct). We strive to offer quality products in a simple, family-fun, safe environment.
Located in scenic western Chester County, PA, only 1 mile from Octorara Area School District campus, there is quick access to the farm from Highland Rd, Rt41, Rt372 and Rt10.
We accept cash, local checks, and also credit/debit cards & GooglePay/ApplePay (for a small fee.) No tickets or reservations are required. No entrance fee.
The Farm is CLOSED until Strawberry 🍓 Season which should begin by mid to late May.
We should have a small quantity of pre-picked berries ready by mid-May, but we lost of our early berries during the freeze on April 21. We covered all the berry patches to prepare for frost (to save as many flowers as possible)… but covers didn’t help much when the temperature dipped to 22-24 degrees!
Hopefully, the main part of the season will be in full swing by Memorial weekend. Weather can greatly affect the start and stop of strawberry season. We will post specific details as soon as possible,
