Strawberries are slowly starting. I enjoyed some fresh strawberries on my cereal this morning from our earliest patch. We will be getting a few quarts a day. If you are a local strawberry connoisseur and are craving strawberries, email jeffandrhonda@frontier.com and we will contact you as we have availability. Price for our early season berries will be $6/box.
Strawberries Coming Soon
The 2019 Strawberry Season is coming soon. We have had a few ripe berries, but not enough to fill a box… not yet, but SOON. We need several sunny, warm days to make them “pop.” We will possibly have a few quarts to sell (via pre-orders on Facebook) during the week of May 13-17, but the earliest day for the stand to open is Saturday, May 18. Stay tuned for more details.
Squash & Cooking Pumpkins
Squash & Cooking Pumpkins, plus a small variety of other pumpkins and table decorations are available through Thanksgiving.

Come on out, support your community and have a load of fun.

Pumpkin Olympics parking at Octorara
Due to the muddy fields, ALL PARKING and unloading/loading of passengers for the Pumpkin Olympics will be at Octorara school. Shuttles will transport visitors to the farm.
On Sat, Nov 10, Please go directly to Octorara without driving past our farm. Our road should only be used by the shuttles.

Last Day for Orange Pumpkins
If you need any orange pumpkins for this weekend, or another November event, GET THEM TODAY, Thursday, Nov 1. After today, the orange pumpkins will become part of the Pumpkin Olympics events, and used for rolling, throwing and smashing. The cooking pumpkins and squash will remain on sale through Thanksgiving.
Get your Pumpkins This Week
This is the last full week of the pumpkin season, so don’t delay in buying your pumpkins. We have about 50 varieties of pumpkins and squash, but the supply of some varieties are dwindling. The full-size pumpkin stand will be open through Nov 1, then we will switch to the smaller stand (with pie pumpkins, squash, etc.) through Thanksgiving.
Come out to the Pumpkin Olympics on Saturday, Nov 10, 11:00am – 4:00pm. It’s a great family day of smashing, rolling and throwing pumpkins, plus Punkin Chunkin’, great food and more.
Family Fun
Plan a family adventure to the pumpkin patch, an hour or so investment in building family bonds and memories. Select from a large display of prepicked pumpkins (50 varieties) or grab a wagon and venture to the patch to find your own perfect pumpkin. Continue the fun by playing a round of Pumpkin Putt-Putt, Ring-A-Pumpkin or Skee-Pumpkin. Then possibly swing, climb or slide and play in the small yellow house.
