Pumpkins and Squash in November

We have transitioned to our “November Stand” which is a smaller stand that will be open through Thanksgiving with squash, cooking pumpkins, gourds, straw bales, corn bunches and a smaller selection of pumpkins. We have moved many pumpkins & squash inside because of the cold temperatures, so ASK if you need more than what is at the stand!

Try a new Squash! We have Delicata (lighter flavor with edible skin), 2 types of Spaghetti squash (with a pasta-like flesh), Honeynut (smaller & sweeter version of butternut), 4 types Acorn Squash, and 3 types of Buttercup squash. There are also several varieties of “pie” pumpkins available, including my favorite… the Jarrahdale with a dark orange, smooth flesh. Bake the de-seeded halves, scoop the resulting purée out of the shell, and use it in your favorite recipes. Easy.
